We have been very busy with the new church in El Terminal; It is our first church plant and we are very proud of it. We are happy to report that the moms and the youth ministries have really blossomed.
May News:
We had a great mothers day program and the children and the youth group prepared special

We are very proud of the youth group, they are really growing spiritually, which is hard considering the environment in which they live. There are 5 bars just in the area around the church, their windows are open and the children watch the adults and learn. We have about 19 regulars and some other who come and go.

Great news, Jose Garate (The river preacher) from Pucallpa, has decided to join our ministry here in Iquitos. He is a great brother in the Lord and is totally on fire for missions. It will be great to have him here.

Ongoing Ministry:
After much prayer and because of our new busy schedule we have decided to let the ministry in Masusa go. The Lord helped in the decision by taking this off our plates for the last 4 months due to flooding in that shanty town, due to the rainy season.
Street kids ministry:
Pepe(13) had his hernia operation and is doing very good, he is back to school and back to work shining shoes.
We continue to visit the kids at the Portales on Monday and Wednesday nights.
